Saving money on the day to day items is always important for being financially sound that is why we clip, download, screenshot and use rebates here on Science of Couponing. However, that is only part of staying in budget, we need to stay financially sound in our big purchases as well and one of the biggest purchases is a vehicle. Cars.com has several tools at your disposable just as Science of Couponing shares deals to help you get to where you & I need to be in that big purchase decision.
Saving money on your purchase while getting the right car for your budget will save you stress and make your decision better in the long run. If you are anything like I am you will want to be sure you get the best deal. I have recently been enlightened to the Comparison tool on Cars.com. It is simple enough that I can use it while my kids are causing a ruckus around me. For example, say I am currently looking for a Toyota Sienna you know the Glamourous mommy mini-van. Using the Price comparision tool I can look up Used one's in my area. It brings them up by distance to travel, price and I can compare them with however many others they have at the time and it's so simple I don't have to focus all of my attention on it as honestly what mom has 100% to devote to anything at any given time.
Cars.com also has a spectacular affordability calculator that you can adjust terms to see what you can pay a month to stay in your budget. I know personally it can be incredibly overwhelming going into a car dealership and having them "work you a deal" on whichever car you thought you liked. I have seen several people impulse buy themselves into cars they couldn't actually afford and then they struggle. Being an educated buyer can really give you the advantage when you head to your local dealer or find the car of your financial and vehicular dreams on Cars.com The affordability calculator also gives you a chance to figure out what you need versus what want. Say you need to stay under 400 a month or want to so that you can then afford to save an extra 100 a month toward a house or debt pay off, you can set the calculator to that and it will output what the value of that car would be. So maybe you can "splurge" on the bum warmers.

Right now you can score a great deal on a Squishy Mat with 20% off using the promo code: "SQUISHYPETS"!
What is a Squishy Mat you might ask? It's an almost 1" Memory foam mat designed to give your pet the most comfortable place to sleep. If you pet is anything like our Lulu sleep is definitely a high priority so I like to spoil her if I can. Giving her a squishy mat to sleep on is definitely an upgrade! Each Squishy Mat contains the Memory foam wrapped up in a super soft Micro-flannel fabric with a nonslip rubber grip. It comes in 3 sizes, the Skinny Mini for dogs like lulu just a little bigger than a squirrel (16x32"), the 3x3' little squishy for the back of your vehicle or for a bigger dog and the 4x4 Big Squishy! I have been a fan of Groupon for a while now having partaken in many of the discount deals for services and sometimes products throughout the years, but I honestly had no idea they also had coupons. The tab literally eluded my notice until now and I have to say I was definitely missing out. So Groupon has over 9000 online retailers with featured coupons including ones that I love to shop at specifically Target and Amazon. However, they also give discount coupons for online retailers that I don't shop at often but when I do I need a promo code such as Vistaprint.
I just recently got married and ordered my invites through Vistaprint which turned out spectacular by the way! Here's a preview just to brag at how good they looked. But, had I known about Groupon's coupons I could have saved 20% on my first purchase plus free shipp;ing! When planning a wedding every single dollar counts so saving 5-10.00$ on invites really helps with the bottom line.
Now that I am in the know about Groupon Coupons and it's reach I had to share the info, so you my readers have another way to save money on the things you need or want. Saving money online is definitely a great thing, but searching the internet for a code is cumbersome, Groupon has grouped them and made them easily sortable to make saving money easier!

Big savings on Smithfield Marinated pork right now with Ibotta! I was looking through options and found this great Smithfield Freshly Seasoned Roasted Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper porkloin at only 4.79! With the $1.00 back using Ibotta right now that is 3.79 for the main meat dish in my families dinner. Teaming this up with some steamed veggies or a salad and we are both healthy and rather inexpensive. keeping a family under 4 fed under 10.00 for dinner is amazing.
Check out Ibotta here! If you have any questions about it message me below in Comments or PM'me on facebook so I can help you.
