Disclosure: I received a couple of packages of wipes in order to figure out whether they are great or not.
So I was given a couple of packages of the new Bloom natural baby wipes, each package contains 80 wipes each. These wipes are now available at Sam's club in the form of a case. Each case is about 23$ so that translates to about 0.03 per wipe which is right in line with every other brand of wipe however these wipes are different. So when you read the list of ingredients on it you literally can actually read and understand them. I have a degree and a science background and there are still chemicals in wipes that I can't identify the purpose. That being said, I don't doubt they are needed for one reason or another, but I do like the idea of not having to worry about knowing that.
Our mothers used hot water wash cloths with soap and so did our grandmothers and what a yucky mess would that be. Now that we are a disposable wipe society we can still take a moment to gain some control over what we put on our babies bottoms. When you look at the package of Bloom wipes you can read all the different ingredients and actually could read them. Recently, there was a huge hoopla about wipes and crystals etc, however in all reality that wasn't fiberglass chards it was dried out chemical residue. That residue however irritated some poor little bums, those little bums shouldn't be irritated with the ingredients found in Bloom. They are tested for rash and eczema prone skin so should be okay for those poor little guys in discomfort. Want to try them for yourself? Head down to your local Sams and pick up a case or try your luck at winning a case right here!!
