I was recently given the opportunity to try out the Velvety Vanilla Frosting from the Frosting Queens. The Frosting Queens offer four varieties of All-Natural Frostings made with real butter including Velvety Vanilla butter cream which I used for this recipe!
The Velvety Vanilla butter cream contains Pure Cane Sugar (some cornstarch), Salted Sweet cream butter, pure vanilla extract, soy lecithin, Grade A Milk, Cream and Tocopherols (a natural antioxidant. This being said I found a way to incorporate it into the Lemon Brownies substituting many of the traditional ingredients to make an easy four ingredient recipe that is super yummy!

These brownies have a slight vanilla hue to them depending on the strength of the Lemon juice used and it is a nice addition. I had original worries that the strong natural vanilla flavor present in the frosting would overpower the lemon, but that is not the case. It completely serves as an addition and I will be attempting substitution in the future as a frosting of such good quality can be used in many versatile ways to help enhance a recipe. My next adventure will be in using the frosting as both a base and a frosting for sugar cookies.
