I am one of three daughters, the oldest to be technical and we have a long running joke about who is our mom's favorite. My sisters love to steal my moms phone and change their names in it to the Favorite child or The true favorite child, I however don't typically play. She swears that she doesn't have one and as a mom of two I have to say that is a true statement, she probably doesn't. But, she definitely does get along with me better than them... just sayin'. So if my little sisters are reading this... that by default makes me the Real Favorite. Okay now that I have the facts of it out there, you can see why when I had the opportunity to try out the "Favorite Child" mug from #GotMeTipsy, I of course jumped at the chance to rib my sisters a bit.
So upon receipt the first thing I noticed was that it was a super solid mug, not flimsy or cheap feeling glass. It will last to bug my sisters for years, which is ideal. Plus it really is a nice mug. The writing didn't come off in the dishwasher which was a concern of mine. It feels like the writing will stay for a long time which with any sort of novelty mug is important. It also is decent sized and holds a good sized cup of coffee. Overall I would highly recommend this to any older or younger sibling that wants to give their parents a great gift while annoying the other siblings in a jovial way.

My first impression of the case is the coloration, I ordered the solid black and it definitely has a nice solid black. The craftmanship can be seen in the fact that the plastic was solid and mine arrived without any dings or knicks to it. This is a sleek case, right in line with other high end cases wrapping around the corners just enough to help when you drop it on the edge. It does not provide any screen protection except around the edges, It will however protect the back of your phone. It's one of the more light weight cases and definitely not going to bulk up your phone while providing both protection and charging abilities. The wireless charging adaptation is awesome, you stick the little charging mechanism easily into the port on your phone while putting on the case and your done. I do wish that they would have had a package deal available for the charging disk and the phone case so that it could be bundled but overall its a good phone case.
If you are someone who needs an Otterbox safety brick for your phone, then this will not work for you. You will need to go with that and possibly get wireless charging in the future models of your phone, but if you are a minimal damage sort of person this phone case can definitely provide you the protection you need while giving you the opportunity to utilize Qi charging, which is ahead of the cell phone game and super handy. You will need the charging block below however to use the case.
I have very little experience with wireless charging so bare with me, but for my first experience I hope it will not be my last. The premium wireless charging square that goes with the case I also am review was very nice. The construction was solid, it didn't seem to have any visual flaws and worked immediately upon receipt with no difficulties. I am not a huge fan of technology as it seems like a lot of the time things meant to make things easier have a steep learning curve. This however had no learning curve. You plug it in and tada you are ready to wirelessly charge. My only potential request would be some sort of sticky-ish back so that it wouldn't slide off my desk, but in all reality with my phone on top of it, it's not going anywhere.
If your looking to charge your phone wirelessly so you can just toss it on and grab it up whenever you need it this is definitely an excellent option and at the price it's right in line with other products of the genre. Overall definitely a good solid product with great customer service.

Disclosure: I received the 15 day cleanse, Focus Matrix and for free in order to conduct an honest review no other compensation was received. My experience may vary from yours, but I will be honest about how it worked for me.
First, I will review the 15 day Cleanse supplement as it was the one I originally wanted to review. I have done several "cleanses/flushes" in the past whether they be masked as a juice diet or a rapid weight loss supplement, either way the results are the same intense release rapidly via the bowel. The theory that by ridding your body of built up waste you are in turn cleansing your body of trapped toxins that build up. In the past the one thing I noticed was that typically the cleanses are rapid intense and for the most part uncomfortable. At times they can also prove embarrassing as you can not travel, or if you do public restrooms feel your wrath.
That being said that rapid intense seemingly embarrassing release issue did not occur for me with the 15 Day Cleanse. I took it as instructed before bed with a large glass of water in the morning I would have a very effective "release" with minimal night cramping and that was the sum of it. Did I rapidly lose weight no, but that's not the intention I think, its more of a cleaning out of built up waste. That being said I did feel less bloated by day two and still feel less bloated today.
After the 15 day flush I tried the Focus Matrix and the Stress reduction formula. For the most part I didn't really feel anything in particular with either of them, but I wasn't sure exactly what I would feel. I wasn't sure what immediately feeling I would have so possibly it's something that would take a longer amount of time or a more drastic need for focus/stress relief.
Disclosure: I received this knife in order to evaluate it's quality and value for free. That being said all opinions are 100% my own and no other compensation was received. Contains affiliate links.
So first off let me tell you that this is exactly as described a Swiss Army Style pocket knife with all it's trimmings. This is not a knife that you would likely want to buy with any intention of hunting with it. It however is quite a sharp little bugger. Originally I had planned to gift this to my boyfriend as he is an avid fan of knives and carries one on him at most times. When it arrived in it's nice box and with it being petite enough for me to carry on my keys I opted to keep it for myself. Well that was until I tried to open it. I wanted to open it and take a picture for my review just like the one they have in the product description so that I could compare. I should have known better I am far too accident prone for that so immediately I sliced my finger. The knife blade on this bad boy is very sharp, for the record. So that is always a bonus, it can definitely slice through whatever you need and sometimes what you don't want it to so I recommend you be careful.
As for the quality, I would say its worth far more than it costs. Each individual component is sturdy and seems to be very well crafted. I tried to bend the blade okay by me I mean my boyfriend as I am no longer trusted with sharp objects and it was sturdy it didn't have a weak bend that could result in unwanted injuries. The scissors worked well on paper and thread, not so much on cloth. And the can opener and bottle openers will get heavy use and seemed strong enough to take it. Overall I would recommend this for anyone looking to invest in an inexpensive high quality pocket knife.
Last I checked it was available right now on Amazon for 10.99 but prices change quickly so jump on it now, that being said its worth far more.
Disclosure: I received both of these lines from Kastking in order to complete an honest review, no other compensation was received.
Disclosure: I received this Moscow Mule Mug free in order to conduct my review, no other compensation was received and the opinions are 100% my own.
So yeah that definitely is not a Moscow Mule... although I guess technically I guess if there was a mule living in Moscow I guess it may look like that? Oh well, back to the true subject at hand, the Moscow Mule is a cocktail that is best and traditionally served in a copper mug. So when I looked up the traditional recipe I thought hmm... ginger beer, vodka, ice and lime yeah I will try that. I am a bartender on the weekends and an overall fan of beers and ginger. I had until this moment never tried a ginger beer, but why not right, I have one of these nifty copper mugs coming for review let's see how it goes. And I have to say for my first attempt I nailed it...
First time I heard the term Moscow mule I seriously went here:
Obviously, the professional photo knocks the socks off of mine however I bet mine was just as tasty! I love the mug it makes the drink look super classy. I am typically a beer drinker so when making a switch to a Moscow Mule it was a bit of a switch. Ginger beer plus vodka and a lime squeeze isn't my norm but I can say overall it is quite tasty. I felt like the mug totally made the drink though. The shiny copper outside with the indentations give a shine whenever the light hits it. The weight of the mug was enough to feel solid without bending to my strong hands and yet thin enough not to weigh my hand down too much. The quality was definitely there in the craftsmanship without any weird edges or lines visible. Overall a definitely nice quality mug. Will I be partaking in another Moscow Mule drink anytime soon... probably not, but I think a regular beer would taste mighty fine in it as well.
If you would like to rock one of these epic mugs for yourself head over to amazon either by clicking on the Pro photo above or by following this link: Moscow Mule Mug!
Disclosure: I received the Cozyna Ede Stainless Steel French Press for free in order to conduct my review. That does not however change my opinion of the product.
I am not one of those wake up and drink coffee drinkers, not because I am not a fan, but more so because I rarely make it out of bed with enough time to do anything other than run out the door. Yes, I am one of those morning people.. the "Oh Crap it's morning kind of people", however I do like coffee. Typically, by time I am up for a cup of coffee the normal morning coffee drinkers are done for the day so I like to be able to brew myself a single cup. I also like to concentrate it very much so that when I dilute it with my chocolate milk and ice, I can pretend that I am having an Iced Mocha and save myself a ton of money.
Now that you know why I drink coffee let's get into the quality of the Cozyna Ede Stainless Steel French Press. I have seen and used French Presses prior to receiving the Cozyna French Press, the one thing I immediately noticed about this one in particular is the thickness of the beaker. It is almost as thick as a lab grade beaker which with my personal science experience says that it's stronger than a thinner glass would be and will hold up to my less than gentle usage. I also found that the feet of the stainless steel frame were extremely sturdy so it sits solid on the counter with no accidental tips due to wobbly legs. That doesn't mean I won't knock the thing over, but at least it won't do it on it's own.
I like that the plunging filter is air tight as well, it makes it less likely that hot steaming coffee will escape from somewhere other than the intended pour spout and burn me. Which is always a possibility when it comes to me dealing with hot things, and no one likes coffee burns. The filter also did an extraordinary job of concentrating down the grounds so you can get every drop of liquid out. Almost too good as it was a little difficult to get the grounds out of the bottom after I literally had to add water back to pull them out, which was fine as they immediately moved their way over into my compost pile, so I will have some well caffeinated worms, maybe they will work faster? Anyways another topic to explore another day.
Overall, I love the Cozyna Ede Stainless Steel French Press and for the price you are definitely getting a surprisingly high quality Press. Don't believe me order one and try it out! For the price of less than a half dozen cups of coffee at Starbucks you can make your own at home!
Disclosure: I received this reel for free in order to conduct a non-biased review. I received no other compensation for the review so the opinion is 100% my own.
One of the other features about this reel I appreciate is the magnetic braking system on this. It allows for easy casting with minimal effort in stopping the line. Prior to this reel I had never used a bait casting reel, that being said this reel has me sold on them. I am pretty sure I am now spoiled by the ease of use.
First things first let's be clear, I like to fish. I am not a huge outdoorsy girl or even anything close to it, but I like to sit on a bank with a book in one hand a reel in the other and do some calm "fishing". I do however not like anything that involves being on a boat in the ocean, I get far too motion sick, so if you want to know how this reel will do in the ocean check out one of the other reviews. Now that we squared away, my type of fishing lets discuss the reel.
From the moment I opened the box I noticed the overall appearance. This is a good-looking reel, it has just enough shine to it to make it look fancy, but not so much that you will be blinded in the sun. The brake on it is a shiny stainless steel and with the accents of red, aesthetically is definitely masculine elegance. It is also extremely light weight at 7.6 oz my hand isn't going to tire from the additional weight so I won't have to sit my pole down often to take breaks. This bait casting reel however isn't just good looking, it's actually incredibly good quality as well.
It boasts 11+1 Noise Free stainless steel ball bearings and I have to say it definitely shows. When you cast off with it, no joke it's smooth. Probably the smoothest I have ever experienced. When just sitting playing with it prior to getting it all rigged up on the pole it was so very smooth to just move the grip you could almost imagine it was fluid. I was very impressed. I am also impressed by the almost complete lack of sound produced. I go fishing for the quiet, with little kids at home you can imagine this time is sacred, so when you can have a reel that doesn't make a ton of noise you can just enjoy the sounds of nature it's definitely a bonus.
To be honest I am still trying to figure out the gears, but I am pretty excited to get to know the reel with time and see which gear works best for my individual preference and fishing style.
My biggest selling point on this reel is the price, my fishing budget isn't quite that of the pros so I won't be investing a few hundred dollars in a Shimano or even a hundred or so in a Lew. I also know my gifting budget is a big fan of the Kastking baitcasting reel for the economical price with the super high quality. I would definitely recommend this for anyone gifting the fisherman in the life a nice reel.
