This was my first attempt at a video review as this was one of the moments that looking at the quality of video is important. I wasn't able to give it the full glory of the quality of this little video device. This is not a GoPro, so don't expect the same sort of quality of high speed high quality images. That being said, this little camera packs a heckuva punch for such a tiny device. It took a minute to get use to and the one thing that is a bit of a pain is that the only indication that it is in fact filming is a tiny light on the top. That is both a blessing and a curse I found about this little wonder camera, if I was trying to be incognito then it is very useful to be not obvious. For me however and my planned usage it would be better to have an easier way to identify if it's actually filming. That was my only complaint and it was so minor that I don't know if its just a personal preference or not.
After testing, I did agree with the specs, it took about an hour to charge and could tape up to about 80 min before dying. One of the features I love is that it will save right before it dies, so that your film doesn't get lost when it dies. I can definitely not say the same for my phone. One thing I did not mention in the shaking nervous video review I did was that this camera is well priced for the use, at less than 70$ it's about a quarter the price of a GoPro and worth the money plus some. I'd recommend it.

So I have used kitchen scales before in my many dieting adventures as well as in various different applications that require more to the ounce, gram, pound sort of measurements. In dieting portion control is one of the many mantras so typically weighing the amount of each specific item your adding makes it easier to calculate the total calorie content. Well sometimes I am not as thorough as I'd like to be otherwise I probably wouldn't be dieting all the time, right? Oh well off subject. this scale is an easy to read option for that purpose. With the digital screen that is clear, bright and large enough I don't have to wear my glasses to see it's definitely a bonus. With the holidays coming up I know this will be well utilized when I am trying to measure out the amount of nuts and things for various recipes that call for a half a pound of this or that.
One application I really like this for outside of basic cooking is beer making. I like to measure out my materials before hand so that I can easily toss them in for each step. I like to have good relative measurements as well. The scale says it can go up to 11lbs although for one of my processes I need about 13 it's still far closer than my 5lb max previous one. I like the stylish clean finish of the scale as a unit itself as well as it's ease of clean. Overall I think this is a great option for someone looking to add a scale to their kitchen.
My picture above really does it no justice it's far better silver more like the professional pictures on amazon and linked below. I was in dim lighting when taking the photo.

So I have never used a Tens Electronic Pulse Massager before and had no idea what to expect when doing so. I into went into this review 100% blind, so I had no idea what to expect both from how to use it the Tens unit to what it would feel like. First off let me tell you how easy it is to use, it was plug and play with 8 different settings that are easy to change in between. The option to go 4 pads or two pads was nice for variable regions of pain/soreness. I tested it specifically on my right shoulder. I work at the computer a lot during the day and definitely feel muscle fatigue and strain on my shoulders throughout the week. The setting I preferred was the setting number 1 it seemed to radiate in toward the center. The pins and needles setting was pretty equivalent to being tattooed. The setting I used is a 20 minute interval that afterwards my shoulder actually felt significantly better. I am in no way a doctor so if you are hesitant to use it check with your doctor, but I felt better after. My shoulder was very relaxed afterwards and throughout the day today it was a bit better.

Honestly I can say I found that depending on the liquid the glow was lessened. If you put a can or a Mikes hard black cherry lemonade in it, you get some glow but not the same as say a light beer. That being said I will forgo the two above in order to have my beer or water be visible and stay cold when I am at an outside bonfire or fishing. I like that it has variable lighting pattens as it makes it unique in this niche market as well as the uniqueness of a light dancing bottle. When in a large group it can also help to signify exactly which drink is yours by having each one on a different pattern. I like that it works as well as any other Koozie in keeping the drink cold longer and reducing the amount of heat transfer from my hand as well as keeping my hand from getting cold.
I like that the Koozie came with an additional sleeve for thinner bottles and a flashlight bonus as well. It was nice to have both freebies to join the koozie and match somewhat.

So recently I was sent the Catania Occhiali oversized butterfly style sunglasses to give my honest opinion and I an tell you I honestly, love them! I chose to review the ones the louder style of the two, as it fits my personal style more closely. I mean seriously I have multi-colored hair none of which are naturally occurring unless you are a Parrot. That being said, they aren't so wild that a person with a more sensiblle style wouldn't be able to handle them.
They are super large and completely cover my eye sockets so no light gets in other than through the purple hazy lenses. They are non-polarized so they don't have that reflective glare to them and they are also up to UV protection standards which is vital. No one wants to burn their eyeballs while wearing sunglasses no matter how cute they are. The zebra print on the edges is bold and stands out to give additional flare to the already oversized glory of these glasses. The nose bridge is of the hard plastic, but it does not carve into my face which is always a drawback with sunglasses. I also very much like the way they slightly wrap behind my ears so they don't fall off. I am very much into Retro 50s style and these compliment that perfectly. I would highly recommend these both for the UV protection they promise and the fashionable style they show the world!

I honestly love this thing. I didn't think I would like a Mandoline as I have witnessed my ex mother-in-law cut the crap out of her hand with one and I am about 2x the clutz she is. That being said I figured out what she did wrong, they have a little veggie/fruit holder that you are suppose to use that cups around your fingers keeping them from being sliced. That being said when I opened the box to this one I had that Ah Ha! Moment! seeing the slicing holder. Then I got the chance to use it, I was planning on slicing up some tomatoes into thin slices for sandwiches, typically when I do this by hand it is far less consistent in size and the last one is always far thicker due to my fear of cutting my hand. However with this Mandoline it was super fast and I got all the way to the end. One thing I did learn however is make sure to use the veggie pusher thing the correct direction so it slides along the mandolin, I managed to slice the pusher a bit. Yes the blades are that sharp. They cut through the edge of the plastic with ease, which is a prime example of why I probably am unsafe using something like this without supervision.
I very much like the slices I got out of it and will be utilizing the other inserts to make French fries and other types of slices in the future. It boasts a no slip grip for the corners when your using it and it doesn't slip which is awesome. It also is thin so it's easy to store. Overall I would say this is a great product and I am going to use this for a long time.

So first off if you wear jewelry and carry a baby you know that anything in your arms or on your neck is free game and will be pulled on and tugged on. There is also always the potential for a teething baby to chew on it. However, most jewelry you don't want to let that happen this Teething necklace form Pacify Mama however you do! The Soft texture of the "beads" is similar to that of a teething ring however they definitely don't have the look of a teething ring. This in fashion necklace can be worn even when your not wearing a baby and it won't stand out as anything other than a necklace. It's light weight with a pull away snap, that requires quite a bit of grip so its not going to fall of at the drop of a hat.
In all reality none of that matters if babies don't like it, but from my first hand experience babies of several varieties love it, my 5 month old niece Reagan is a huge fan as is our 4 month of Chihuahua puppy. It seems that they have similar taste in favorite toys as well, but they were at one point literally fighting over the teething bracelet that comes with the necklace. I suspect its a materials thing. As for my niece however she utterly loves it she will chew to her hearts content and I don't have to worry about her dropping it on the ground when she is bored or "satisfied" with her chewing. Overall, I would say this is a new must have for mothers with teething little ones.
She prefers the necklace over the binkey for chewing. Not sure how this will effect weaning her off of it later, but hopefully that is a good sign it will be easy for my sister.
If your interesting I picking up one of these great teething necklaces for yourself or someone you know head over to Amazon and check out the following options and find what fits your individual style!

So we definitely like to throw parties at our house, especially since I finally own my own home. That being finding a good way to keep things cool while displayed has always been a challenge until now. The Inflatable salad bar from Kovot really does the trick. It's super easy to inflate as it's only the ring that inflates and the bottom stays flat so that it stays level on the table top. If you can't tell from the pic above we mainly used it for drinks, but I could definitely see how much space could be utilized for potato salads and other items that would be best served cold.
The only thing that we didn't like was draining it, with the little drain on the bottom it was far easier to take it outside and for our next shin dig we will put it on the outside table so I can drain it easily.
Looking for something for your next party head over to Amazon and pick one up!

So I am almost always in the process of losing weight, that being said sometimes I am also in the process of not really losing weight. So when I go into serious dedication mode about once a year, I need tools to actually measure the change. This time I received the Ozeri Body Fat tester and the Body Tape Measure. The first thing I noticed about the body fat measurer is that it isn't all that easy to use. However, since it's the first time I have ever attempted to use one I think that the basic instruction that came with it wasn't quite intuitive enough for me. That being said I followed a youtube video and was able to measure my body fat. I will not be sharing as it was an ugly number. The tape measure however is Amazing!!! I buy a lot of clothes online and it's imperative to have a great tape measure the Ozeri Body Tape measure is perfect. I love that it sits around the curve of my body so while I wrap it around it's perfect.
