Disclosure: I received this in exchange for my honest experience, and honestly I think I should have listened to the manufacturer and you will see why below.
Above you can see our new family member Odin. He is an Australian Shepard Mix and is growing to be a big boy at least quite a bit bigger and more distructive than our teacup Chihuahua Lulu. Because we now have a bigger boy and he has an overwhelming desire to eat our couch we had to get a solution to prevent that so when looking for things to review I looked up Couch covers. This one was offered to me at reduced cost to try it out. I'd like to say it's the perfect solution however for our couch which is a "pleather" or fake leather plastic-y material this definitely didn't fit the bill.
As you can see above it fits, but the retailer recommend that you don't put it on leather and the movement when we sit down causes it to slide. On a more fabric type couch I imagine it would actually it the needs well. It has a strap that goes along the back, small foam blocks that are sewn in and go in between the cushions. The material is quilt like and very durable and despite it sliding we use it anyways because it keeps Odin from eating cushions so ultimately it fulfills all our true needs. As a true #Sofaprotector it's providing us the utility even if for us it's mainly double wrapped around the seat cushions. Either way I am happy with the cover and so far Odin is too because he can sit on the couch with his new family.
